Business Strategy
for Unemployment Insurance Company

FTF-a had created a precise strategy, described in a three page document. They wanted to involve all their employees in a deeper understanding of the strategy.

 

All 150 employees participated in a full-day workshop. They provided visual input and ideas about how to make the strategy come alive.

 

The strategy picture is now used in a 12 month roll-out process. One picture element, representing one strategy element is in focus every month.
